Today a lot of people are encourage to have a credit card since bank owners offers low interest rates. Here’s a rule you need to remember “credit cards are not free money” they have something called interest which adds another value to what you have borrowed. So unless you pay your credit card bill every month or accumulate no interest (few people do this), you have to tear up every offer you have and cut all your credit cards.</li>
<li>Not having emergency funds. Unforeseen occurrences happen and you have to save extra money for it. Once a family member has been hospitalized it is important that you have some bucks to spend. If you do not have your savings, you’ll end up borrowing money through loans or even using your credit cards. This in the end will become a big financial prolem.</li>

You need to have a concrete control on how much money you spend. Separate things that are really needed from the thing that are only your wants. If your family plans for a trip then planning how much you will spend will help you to balance everything.</li>
<li>Not investing to retirement and education funds. Many people say that retirement is still far and they still have a lot of time to save! Honestly, my answer would be no! With the very fast speed of time we have we may not notice that we already reach our retirement period. By starting to save now you are already cutting down the years of hard work and you’ll see money will be working there own for you. This is same as educational plans; if you start saving now for your child’s future studies then you would not need to worry how to let them study in the future.</li>
